Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer HVAC, the Project Engineer HVAC is responsible for the execution of residential projects as per the quality standards of the Engineering Group of Alghanim Industries.

• Timely execute HVAC works as per the specification and requirements of the consultant or customer, in a satisfactionary manner
• Proper coordination with workshop and warehouse
• Supervise foreman activities
• Plan, deploy and contract resources for the projects
• Submit and obtain approval for all materials needed for projects
• Co-ordinate with procurement engineers to ensure that materials are purchased and delivered on time.
• Achieve at least the budgeted gross margin for all handled projects
• Prepare and submit shop drawings for HVAC works

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years experience in HVAC, DX and chilled water works
• Capable of and experienced in managing projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Familiar in Microsoft Office Applications
• Gulf experience is a plus
