Reporting to the Store Keeper, the Assistant Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, controlling and maintaining an adequate inventory of materials, supplies, and parts for machines, tools, and equipment. In addition the Assistant Storekeeper shall also be responsible in conducting and maintaining store inventory. 

• Receives and maintains materials
• Issues and distributes materials, supplies, parts, tools and equipment; determines availability of parts and supplies
• Arranges and coordinates delivery of purchased supplies and materials; arranges location and layout of stock in storage areas
• Maintains storage areas in a clean and orderly condition and ensures the security of storage areas
• Identifies and selects parts and tools as described and requested by user departments
• Checks and reconciles records with appropriate inventory listings and records; reports discrepancies

• Bachelors degree in any field or its equivalent
• High degree of working knowledge of computer and MS office applications
• Good communication skills ; Arabic is a plus
• 2 years experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of machine and equipment parts.
