Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the Secretary provides administrative support to business as well as personal assistance that might be required within or outside the business.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Handling all administrative and secretarial functions;
  • Responsible for maintaining all office and personal files and office records, with confidentiality;
  • Arranging and coordinating personal and business schedules;
  • Coordination with HR office on all personnel matters relating to manpower requirements ( Leaves , Attendance; etc);
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system;
  • Liaise between Recruitment and Government Service to follow up the progress of all employees who are going through the residency process.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
  • Must be able to speak and write English and preferably Arabic ( priorities given to Arabic Speakers);
  • Strong personality, self confident and patient;
  • Experience in HR or Admin positions;
  • Able to work in stressful situations;
  • Must be self motivating, personable, able to handle demanding customers, not intimidated by senior staff, excellent time management, have initiative, systematic approach to dealing with regular activities;
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational skills, details oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
