Job Purpose:

We are looking for a seasoned transformational OD Manager who is keen on getting international experience in a large multi-national conglomerate.

  • Job Design & Redesign (including Job Analysis & Evaluation)

  • Culture & Team-based interventions & facilitation
  • Performance Management
  • Talent & Succession Management
  • Leadership Development including hands-on facilitation (delivery & coaching)
  • Assessment & Development Centres
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

Qualifications:
  • Essential - Bachelors degree in HR / Psychology / Related discipline plus complete mastery of English
  • Highly Desirable - post-grad qualification (either Masters or MBA) plus recognised professional memberships (e.g. CIPD or SHRM) and current authorisations to deliver world-class psychometric and / or learning systems ( e.g. SHL, DDI)

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in specialised OD roles, plus a further 10 years in HR, L&D or an operational role.
