Recruitment process

Our recruitment process not only evaluates a candidate’s skills and qualifications for a particular position, it also considers other attributes and criteria. These may consist of an individual’s ability to learn, communication skills, team-working abilities, customer focus, motivational pattern, initiative and decision - making capabilities.

Candidates selected for consideration for a position with Alghanim Industries can expect to participate in one or more of our selection processes (dependent on the nature of the job and the geographical location).

The first step in the process is a web-based application form with a number of questions. This application form will help match the most appropriate candidate in terms of their skill base and experience to a particular position.

Additional selection tools, such as telephone interviews, conference calls, video conferencing, panel interviews, psychometric testing and assessment centers, may also be used depending on the role for which you are being considered.

All candidates being assessed for full-time and fixed-term contract employment opportunities can expect to participate in a formal interview, during which you will be able to discuss your past employment experiences and accomplishments.

Once the recruitment process has been completed, you will receive a formal offer of employment from us, along with an extensive information pack about: Kuwait, Alghanim Industries, joining formalities in the Company and what you need to know for your first day. If joining Alghanim Industries means you have to relocate to Kuwait, our Human Resources Department will assist you with the entry formalities to Kuwait.
